A teacher once asked her students, “What is success?”
One student said, “Getting full marks.”
Another said, “Getting a good job.”
Then a quiet boy stood up and said, “Success is becoming a good human being while achieving our dreams.”
The classroom became silent.
In today’s world, students often feel that marks decide everything. Exams, ranks, and competition can sometimes create pressure and fear. While good marks are important, they are not the only measure of success.
A student with kindness, honesty, discipline, and respect will always shine in life. Knowledge can help you earn a living, but good character helps you earn respect.
Imagine two students: one scores high marks but treats others badly, while another helps classmates, respects teachers, and works hard honestly. Years later, who do you think people will admire more?
Real success is not only about becoming a doctor, engineer, teacher, or businessperson. It is also about becoming someone who inspires others with good values.
Dear students, study hard and aim for great achievements. But never forget to:
- Respect your parents and teachers
- Help friends who are struggling
- Stay honest, even when no one is watching
- Be kind to everyone around you
Your marks may open doors, but your character will keep those doors open.
At the end of the day, people may forget your marks, but they will always remember the kind of person you were.
Build your future with knowledge, but build your life with good character.
Thank You 🙏
